With more than 30 years in education, including 25 years of system-level leadership—from school-based leadership to district superintendency—she specializes in rebuilding trust, realigning governance, and transforming leadership systems so organizations can evolve into what they are truly capable of becoming.
She does not offer quick fixes or surface-level solutions. Her work focuses on the deeper systems—structures, mindsets, decision-making processes, and cultures—that determine whether organizations stagnate or thrive.
