She has led large urban districts, supported executive leadership teams, and partnered with organizations to strengthen strategy, culture, and equity-centered leadership practices. Dr. Dixon brings both deep expertise and a collaborative spirit to every engagement, helping leaders grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
